Project “European Companionship in Education, training by travel”
The Project “European Companionship in Education, training by travel” was funded by HRDC, Sector „Leonardo da Vinci“, No contract 2009-1-BG1-LEO02-01804. The project was implemented over the 2009-2011 period.
Project partners are the National Centre for Addictions, Trempoline asbl – Belgium, CEIS – Italy, Association Monar – Poland, Coolmine TC – Ireland, Proyecto Hombre Association – Spain and Phoenix Haga – Norway.
The project aims at training teams that work in the field of addiction and consists in providing mobility amongst the above European partner organizations for training by traveling in the area of information dissemination, prevention, rehabilitation and resocialization of those dependent on substances.
Two types of training were conducted in partner organizations from 6 European countries:
- „B“ training – individual training for two weeks within a foreign partner organization
- „C“ training – individual curriculum of three courses in three different countries of the foreign affiliate network.
Students conducted their training in the partner organizations of the network ECEtt, which have expertise in different areas – information dissemination, prevention, rehabilitation and re-socialization of addicts. Each student had to complete the training by describing their practice of mobility. „C“ students made a plan for the implementation of this practice into their home country and present it before a jury. The training was recognized with a certificate issued by the Association „Solidarnost“ and a Europass certificate.
