Re-entry
Re-entry
Re-socialization (re-entry) is the final phase of the Solidarnost Program. Graduates of the rehabilitation phase test the lessons learned in the Program in the real-time social environment. They aim to realize their life project, find work and/or continue their education and overcome the difficulties of social inclusion outside the protected frameworks of the Program.
Participants in the re-socialization phase work individually with a psychologist from the Program team.
Criteria for completing the program:
- Ability to cope with high-risk situations;
- Skills for long-term planning and budgeting;
- Skills for making independent decisions and taking responsibility for choices made;
- Self-validation skills;
- Good communication and the ability to build healthy social connections;
- Positive change in the family climate;
- Finding work and/or continuing education.
The Solidarnost Program assists its clients in these efforts through providing training to apply for work and self-representation in the labor market.
Optionally, participants in the re-socialization phase can participate in the photographic workshop “FotoFozzie” which is a part of the Program. More information about it can be found here.
